Privacy policy

VendorTagPro is made by Pino Consulting LLC ("we"). This policy explains what the app does with your information.
Your data stays on your phone
Your cards, items, prices, sales and settings are stored only on your device. We don't have servers, we don't collect or receive any of it, and the app has no accounts, ads or tracking. The only things the app sends anywhere are described below.
Market prices
To show market prices, the app sends a card's name, set and number to TCGdex (api.tcgdex.net), a free card-price service. Nothing about you, your prices or your sales is sent, and you can use the app without it (it then shows the prices it last saved).
Camera
The camera is used only to read the QR codes and barcodes you scan. Images are not saved or sent anywhere by the app. On iPhone, scanning uses Apple's built-in scanner.
On Android, scanning uses Google's code scanner (part of Google Play services and ML Kit), which reads the code on the device. To help Google keep it working, it sends Google diagnostic and usage information: device details (such as model and Android version), the app's name and version, performance measurements, scanner settings, and an identifier for the app installation that isn't meant to identify you or your phone. It does not include your inventory, prices or sales. Google encrypts this information in transit and says it does not pass it to third parties; see Google's privacy policy.
Files
The app reads a file only when you choose one to import, and writes a file (sticker PDFs, sales exports) only where you choose to save it.
Links
Buttons such as eBay, PSA and Card Ladder open those websites in your browser. What happens there is covered by those sites' own privacy policies.
Backups
Your phone's own backup (Google or iCloud backup, if you have it turned on) may include the app's data, under your Google or Apple account. We can't see those backups.
Deleting your data
Uninstalling the app deletes everything it stored on the phone. Because we never receive your data, there is nothing for us to delete on our side.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If the app ever starts sending data off your phone, we will update this policy and say so in the app before it happens.
